Each summer college students and high school juniors & seniors staff the summer camp focus area. Positions are open for at least five male and five female staffers. Responsibilities include supervising three to four campers, helping with camp chores, leading games and devotions, etc. Some may also assist in horsemanship, archery, swimming, or small groups depending on each person’s experience. There is a place for everyone in the summer camp program. The important thing is come prepared to serve and enjoy working with youth. |

A mentor works with the camper and his/her family throughout the year establishing good relationships. These relationships will provide behavioral, educational, and spiritual growth for the camper. The mentor will also participate in group activities sponsored by Eagles’ Wings and will work closely with the Administrators. |

A semester missionary is a college student sponsored through the North American Mission Board who commits to work with Eagles’ Wings for at least one semester. The missionary receives a stipend and insurance through NAMB and receives room and board at the ranch through Eagles’ Wings. A person working this position will work in the mentoring focus area. |

During the summer we feed over 30 people per day through our five day summer camp. We host approximately twelve campers plus volunteer staff and full time staff each week for nine weeks. Kitchen staff is sorely needed to help in preparations, serving, and clean up, as well as willingness to do whatever else needs to be done involving kitchen work. |

As Eagles’ Wings continues to grow there is a need for volunteer construction crews to assist in the building and remodeling of facilities at the ranch. These crews would work under the supervision of Keith Weidner and could come for weekends, weeks, or any extended amount of time. The ranch would provide food for the crew and lodging (if available). Limited RV hook-ups are available. |

Eagles’ Wings has many service opportunities ranging from full time to part time, volunteer to paid. We welcome short term mission trips as well as those wanting a long-term mission project. The following list is not inclusive, but gives a general idea of what is immediately available.
